Everyone's buzzing about agent coding, so I downloaded Antigravity and asked Claude Code to create a personal blog for me. The initial design was so basic, so I said, "Make it a little more modern," and this was instantly created. I write articles in Japanese, but I also had it automatically generate multilingual articles using the Gemini API. I also had it handle OGP support, sitemaps, and thumbnail generation, things that would be a pain to do myself. It's still pretty terrible.

Of course, I'm writing this text by hand, but at some point, I might be kneaded by AI and feed my recent chat logs to the AI to generate plausible blog posts. If I start churning out a series of uninteresting articles, please understand. I might put some click ads in the corner eventually.

This blog was completed without writing a single line of JS, HTML, or CSS. A complete amateur outside the field wouldn't be able to create something similar. There is a differentiation that comes from having a sense of what's important and being able to place orders accordingly. However, in six months, this level of differentiation might be swallowed by AI and even my mother back home might be able to do it. AI-generated garbage will spread throughout the web, and there's a risk that we won't be able to wholeheartedly praise "just writing anything at all" anymore. I'm currently writing this blog post in Markdown on Antigravity, and the LLM is actively recommending strings of text like "AI will take over" for auto-completion, so I already feel like I've lost half my sanity.

In any case, let's all celebrate this era where the barrier to expression through software has been lowered as much as possible.
